A young man was fatally shot by robbers in Karachi’s Ahsanabad area near the Site Superhighway on Tuesday evening.

Farhan Khan, a medical company employee and father to a young daughter, was reportedly facing financial difficulties.

Family members revealed that Khan had sold his wife’s jewelry to raise funds for his ailing daughter’s treatment. He was attacked and shot by robbers while returning home with the money, and they fled the scene with it.

The tragic incident has left Khan’s family heartbroken, and they have expressed frustration over the lack of police contact or investigation into his murder.

This incident marks the 104th robbery-related homicide in Karachi this year, underscoring the persistent issue of crime and insecurity in the city.
