Several areas in Karachi are experiencing power outages today as residents report extended disruptions in electricity supply. According to local sources, various neighborhoods have been affected by unannounced load-shedding, sparking frustration among citizens.
Some of the areas facing outages include Gulshan-e-Iqbal, North Nazimabad, Malir, Defence, and Korangi. In these localities, power cuts lasting up to several hours have been reported, causing inconvenience for households and businesses alike. While Karachi Electric (KE) has attributed the outages to maintenance work and technical faults, many residents are concerned about the lack of prior notice.
