Actor and VJ Madiha Imam revealed she tested her compatibility with her now-husband, Indian entrepreneur Moji Basar, by exploring Dubai together before deciding to tie the knot.
On Hina Altaf’s podcast, Madiha shared that she met Moji in Dubai and believed traveling together was a way to truly understand him. “When you travel with someone, you see their mannerisms and how they adapt to new environments,” she explained.

While the couple didn’t officially travel together, they met frequently in Dubai, where Madiha observed and secretly took notes to ensure he was the right match. “He didn’t know I was evaluating him, but he’ll probably know now!” she joked.
Their Dubai experience deepened their connection, and the couple married in May 2023. Despite the challenges of a long-distance relationship, Madiha remains optimistic, emphasizing their strong bond.
Madiha, who began her career as a VJ, has excelled in acting with notable performances in dramas like Mujhay Vida Kar and Zakham. She also directed the TV drama Aeena and starred in Bollywood’s Dear Maya.
