Qamar Javed Advocate, a local leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was shot dead in a firing incident in the Kot Nikka area of Hafizabad. The attack occurred early in the morning while he was on his way to the mosque for Fajr prayer.
According to local police, unidentified gunmen opened fire on Qamar Javed, fatally injuring him. He succumbed to his wounds before medical assistance could arrive. The assailants fled the scene immediately, leaving no trace behind.
