Bollywood actor Govinda has addressed the swirling rumors regarding his marriage to Sunita Ahuja, stating that he is currently focused on his career and upcoming film projects. Speculation arose earlier this week after reports surfaced that Sunita had sent a legal separation notice months ago, although no further legal steps have been taken.
When questioned about the rumors, Govinda chose not to comment on his personal life, saying, “There are only business talks going on… I am in the process of starting my films.” His manager, Shashi Sinha, admitted that there were tensions between the couple, but attributed the issues to statements made by family members. “There is nothing more to it, and we are trying to resolve it,” he added.

Entertainment journalist Vickey Lalwani shared that while Govinda is reportedly open to reconciliation, Sunita appears more hesitant. Meanwhile, Govinda’s nephew, Krushna Abhishek, denied any rumors of a divorce, assuring fans that the couple would not separate.
In a previous interview, Sunita revealed that she and Govinda are living apart due to his demanding work schedule. However, she later emphasized that their bond remains strong, asserting, “Nobody can separate us.”
Govinda and Sunita have been married since 1987 and have two children together.
