Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has sold his apartment in Mumbai’s Borivali East for $0.49 million, earning an 84% profit on his 2017 purchase.
The 1,073 sq. ft. unit in Oberoi Sky City was originally bought for $0.27 million. The deal was officially recorded in March 2025, with a stamp duty of $29,000 and registration charges of $343.

This follows Kumar’s January sale of another unit in the same building for $0.48 million, reflecting the area’s rising property demand.
On the work front, Kumar will return in Jolly LLB 3 on 18 April 2025 and Housefull 5 on 6 June 2025.
