Apple acknowledged the service interruption on its System Status page, stating that “some users were affected,” though it did not disclose the full scope or cause of the problem. The company confirmed that all services were fully restored by 4:30 am IST.

- Apple Business Essentials
- Apple Business Manager

Many users expressed their frustration on social media, especially on platform X (formerly Twitter). One user, Steve Guttbinder, remarked, “Never have I seen Apple’s cloud services down for this long with a confirmed ‘outage.’ Over 2.5 hours and still ongoing.”
While Apple has yet to reveal what caused the disruption, it has assured users that all services are now functioning normally.
