TPL REIT Management Company Limited (TPL RMC) has formed a strategic partnership with Topline Securities Limited and Growth Securities (Private) Limited to raise funds for new REIT initiatives. The agreement aims to support capital raising for TPL RMC’s upcoming REIT projects and existing fund expansions.
Under the partnership, the companies will assist in raising capital for new assets inducted into current REIT funds, support ongoing REIT projects, and explore financing opportunities for future ventures. This collaboration strengthens TPL RMC’s ability to attract investment and expand its real estate portfolio.
Jamal Baquar, CEO of TPL RMC, highlighted the benefits of the partnership, saying it combines the strong asset pipeline of TPL RMC and TPL REIT Fund 1’s anchor investor base with the market expertise of Topline and Growth Securities. He emphasized that the partnership will enhance fundraising efforts and support the growth of Pakistan’s REIT market.
Muhammad Sohail, CEO of Topline Securities, noted that the current economic recovery and a rising equity market provide a favorable environment for REITs to raise funds. He expressed confidence that the partnership will help attract a wider pool of investors and deepen market engagement.
Iqbal A. Karim, Chairman of Growth Securities, added that the collaboration would expand Pakistan’s real estate market, provide much-needed liquidity, and open new investment opportunities for both institutional and retail investors.
The partnership reflects growing interest in Pakistan’s REIT sector and a push to raise funds for new REIT ventures. By combining brokerage expertise with TPL RMC’s asset management capabilities, the collaboration aims to facilitate efficient capital mobilization, enhance investor confidence, and support sustainable growth in the real estate investment sector.
Analysts believe that these initiatives to raise funds for new REIT projects could significantly strengthen Pakistan’s capital markets and offer investors diversified options in real estate investments.
