The Chief Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court, Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan, administered the oath to Justice Rozi Khan and Justice Arshad Hussain Shah. Earlier, Justices Hassan Azhar, Aamer Farooq, Ali Baqar Najafi, and K.K. Agha had also taken their oaths.
Chief Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan himself took the oath at Aiwan-e-Sadr, administered by President Asif Ali Zardari. The ceremony was attended by senior judges and dignitaries, including Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar, Justice Arbab Tahir, Justice Khadim Hussain, Justice Muhammad Azam Khan, Justice Muhammad Asif, and Justice Inam Amin Minhas.
With the completion of the courtโs judicial strength, Chief Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan has constituted three benches of the Federal Constitutional Court:

- Bench-II: Justice Hassan Rizvi, Justice K.K. Agha
- Bench-III: Justice Aamer Farooq, Justice Rozi Khan
The formation of these benches enables the Federal Constitutional Court to begin hearing constitutional matters under its mandate. The court is now fully equipped to address critical legal issues and provide guidance on constitutional interpretations.
In a related development, the Chief Justice has appointed the registrar of the court. Former District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Hafeez has been named Registrar of the Constitutional Court, according to sources familiar with the matter. The appointment is expected to strengthen the administrative functioning of the court.
Officials said the full composition of the court and the establishment of the benches mark an important step in ensuring that constitutional issues are addressed efficiently. The Federal Constitutional Court is now fully operational and prepared to uphold the rule of law.
Legal experts welcomed the appointments, saying the strengthened bench will help resolve complex constitutional disputes and provide clarity on key governance matters.
