Airport and Airline Guidelines for Pink Eye Infection

Sindh health authorities have issued special guidelines for airports and airlines due to an increase in cases of pink eye infection, also known as conjunctivitis.

Dr. Murtaza Shah, the director of provincial Border Health Services (BHS), announced that these guidelines have been provided to both medical staff and airlines.

Airlines have been instructed to advise infected passengers to seek assistance from the health department’s doctors at the airports.

This proactive measure aims to manage and prevent the further spread of pink eye infections among travelers.
