Rioters set fire to Audi Pakistan’s showroom during yesterday’s political unrest in Lahore, causing significant damage. The company staff managed to drive off the expensive cars before they were destroyed. Social media users have been sharing photos and videos of the burned-out showroom.
Audi Pakistan issued a statement in response to the incident, expressing deep sadness about the unfortunate event and the extensive damage done to the showroom. The statement explained that the company was unable to prevent the damage due to the escalating violence and unrest in the area but was grateful that no one was harmed.
