Gold Price Falls Rs1,800 Per Tola in Pakistan

Gold Price Falls Rs1,800 Per Tola in Pakistan

The Gold Price in Pakistan started the week with another decline on Monday.

The 24-karat gold rate fell by Rs1,800 per tola. It settled at Rs466,136 amid weaker international bullion prices.

According to Sarafa Market rates, the Gold Price for 10 grams also decreased. The rate dropped by Rs1,543 to Rs399,636.

The latest decline follows a much larger correction recorded on Saturday. The per-tola gold rate had dropped by Rs15,100 during that session.

After Saturdayโ€™s sharp fall, gold was priced at Rs467,936 per tola. Mondayโ€™s additional decrease pushed the rate further lower.

Gold Rates in Pakistan

The latest bullion rates showed mixed movement among precious metals.

Gold per tola declined by Rs1,800 to Rs466,136. The 10-gram gold rate fell by Rs1,543 to Rs399,636.

Silver moved in the opposite direction during Mondayโ€™s trading. Its price increased by Rs67 per tola.

Silver reached Rs7,179 per tola in the local market. The increase contrasted with the continued decline in gold prices.

Lahore Gold Rates

Gold rates in Lahore also reflected the recent movement in the bullion market.

The reported piece rate stood at Rs460,500 for buying and Rs459,500 for selling. Pathoor rates were recorded at Rs455,000 and Rs453,000.

The 22-karat gold rate stood at Rs422,125. Meanwhile, 21-karat gold was priced at Rs402,937.

The reported selling rate for tezabi was Rs7,050. The selling rate for a kilogram gold bar stood at Rs7,100.

The latest Gold Price movement follows significant pressure in international bullion markets. Global developments often influence local gold rates in Pakistan.

Market participants are closely watching international bullion prices. Further movements could determine whether domestic gold rates continue their downward trend.

The recent correction has been particularly noticeable after Saturdayโ€™s sharp decline. The Rs15,100 fall marked a significant one-day reduction in the local market.

Mondayโ€™s additional drop indicates continued pressure on gold prices. However, market conditions can change quickly based on international movements.

Investors and traders are monitoring global bullion trends for further direction. Currency movements and international market sentiment can also influence domestic rates.

The decline has brought the per-tola Gold Price below the Rs470,000 level. This follows several major movements in Pakistanโ€™s bullion market.

Gold remains an important investment and savings option for many people in Pakistan. Changes in international prices can therefore have a direct local impact.

The latest figures also show different movements between gold and silver. While gold declined, silver recorded a modest increase.

The Gold Price for 10 grams also remained below the previous sessionโ€™s level. The reduction reflects the broader pressure seen across the gold market.

Market watchers are expected to track international bullion rates closely. Any recovery in global gold prices could influence local rates.

Conversely, continued weakness overseas could put further pressure on domestic gold prices. Traders will likely remain cautious amid the recent volatility.

The current market shows that gold prices have continued to retreat. Mondayโ€™s decline came immediately after the steep correction recorded over the weekend.

For consumers, the latest rates provide a lower entry point than recent levels. However, future prices will depend on international market developments.

The Gold Price in Pakistan therefore remains closely linked to global bullion movements. Market participants will continue watching overseas trends for signs of the next direction.
