Gold prices declined in Pakistan on Thursday following a decrease in international gold rates. The drop affected local market prices, bringing relief for buyers after recent increases.

According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of one tola of Gold decreased by Rs.5,600. After the decline, the price reached Rs.448,336 per tola in the local market.

The rate of 10 grams of gold also witnessed a fall. It dropped by Rs.4,801, bringing the price down to Rs.384,375.

The latest decrease came after international markets also reported lower gold prices. The international rate of Gold dropped by $56 and reached $4,258 per ounce.

Market trends are influenced by changes in global prices, currency movements, and investor activity. The decline in international rates contributed directly to the reduction in local gold prices.

Meanwhile, silver prices also moved downward in Pakistan. The price of silver decreased by Rs.171 and reached Rs.6,837 per tola.

Jewellers and market participants continue to monitor global developments that may affect precious metal prices in the coming days. Changes in international demand and economic conditions often impact local rates.
