Gold Prices Increases in Pakistan After 5-Day Decline

After experiencing five consecutive days of decline, gold prices in both Pakistan and the international market saw an increase on Saturday.

As reported by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola rose by Rs1,465, bringing the new rate to Rs358,465. Likewise, the cost of 10 grams of 24-karat gold climbed by Rs1,256, reaching Rs307,325.

Meanwhile, global gold prices also saw a modest uptick, with the rate per ounce increasing by $13 to stand at $3,369.

In contrast, silver prices in Pakistan moved downward. The price of 24-karat silver per tola dropped by Rs11 to Rs3,785, while the rate for 10 grams of silver decreased to Rs3,245.
