Gold Prices in Pakistan Experience Minor Decline

After hitting an all-time high, gold prices in Pakistan experienced a slight decline on Friday, reflecting trends in the international market.

According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs300, bringing it to Rs276,700. Likewise, the price for 10 grams of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs256, now at Rs237,226.

This drop follows a record high of Rs277,700 per tola reached on Thursday.

In the international market, gold prices also decreased, with the global rate reported at $2,663 per ounce, reflecting a minor loss of $2 for the day.

Meanwhile, silver prices in the local market remained stable at Rs3,050 per tola.
