Following a significant drop in Thursday’s session, gold prices in Pakistan rose again on Friday.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs1,000, reaching Rs251,500.

In the local market, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also rose by Rs858, hitting Rs215,621. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold increased to Rs197,652.
Internationally, gold prices also saw an uptick, with the rate per ounce reaching $2,373, up by $3.
Meanwhile, the rate of 24-karat silver remained steady at Rs2,860 per tola.
