Gold prices in Pakistan surged by Rs3,500 per tola on Friday, reaching Rs351,000, following a $35 per ounce jump in the international market. The 10-gram rate rose by Rs3,000 to Rs300,925, while 22-karat gold is now priced at Rs275,857 per 10 grams.

The global spot gold rate hit $3,325.47 an ounce, climbing 4% this week—its strongest gain since early April. Experts predict it may soon test the $3,335 resistance level.
Silver also saw gains, with local prices climbing by Rs38 per tola to Rs3,466.
