The Islamabad High Court granted bail to Fawad Chaudhry on April 1, directing his release from custody. The decision came after a bail plea hearing before a division bench comprising Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri.
Initially, Chaudhry’s bail application was rejected, but the court later approved bail and ordered his release from custody. It’s noteworthy that Chaudhry had filed an application for re-arrest even after being granted bail.
