On Saturday, gold prices in Pakistan saw a slight Rs1,400 decrease, bringing the price of 24-karat gold to Rs241,500 per tola. Dealers noted a similar trend with 10 grams of 24-karat gold, which dropped by Rs1,201 to Rs207,047, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold also decreased to Rs189,793.

These fluctuations are closely tied to changes in the US Dollar’s value, illustrating the strong connection between currency movements and local gold prices. This highlights the significant impact of global economic factors on Pakistan’s gold markets.
