In a significant development, the court approved Imran Khan’s bail requests and reversed the prior decision to dismiss the application for non-compliance with the trial court’s orders.
The IHC reinstated the bail pleas for the former prime minister and instructed the police not to apprehend him until a decision on these pleas is reached in the trial court.
It’s worth noting that Imran Khan’s bail requests had initially been rejected due to non-compliance, as he is presently incarcerated in Adiala jail in connection with a cipher case.
