Pakistani actress and model Azeka Daniel has revealed that she faced discrimination in the entertainment industry due to her religion. Speaking on a private TV show, she shared her experiences with bias and unfair treatment in showbiz.
Azeka noted that while the industry is often considered a liberal space, her experiences suggest otherwise. She recalled facing discrimination from prominent figures in front of a large crew, yet no one intervened. Fear of being sidelined kept her from speaking out earlier.

She also highlighted other issues in the industry, such as actors attempting to take over each other’s roles and refusing to work with colleagues who have fewer social media followers. According to her, many prioritize fame over acting skills.
Despite these challenges, Azeka expressed gratitude that she never engaged in such practices herself, focusing solely on her craft. Her revelations have sparked discussions about professionalism and fairness in the industry.
