Now, with “Joy Ride,” Kesha is embracing her newfound freedom and authenticity. Released on Independence Day, the song symbolizes her resilience and unbreakable spirit. Kesha describes it as “a song for driving 120 miles per hour down the 405, laughing maniacally with a knife in one hand and a Birkin in the other.”

Kesha’s loyal fans, known as “Animals,” have supported her through every challenge, and they’re thrilled to see her finally in control of her own path. “Joy Ride” marks a triumphant comeback for the singer, signaling that this is just the beginning of a new era for Kesha.
