ISLAMABAD, July 7, 2025 – The much-anticipated anime “The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity” is officially arriving on Netflix in the United States and other regions on September 7, 2025. This full release will include English dubs, making it accessible to a wider global audience.
The anime has already started streaming in Japan from July 5. For Asia-Pacific regions (excluding Japan), episodes will begin streaming weekly from July 13. However, Netflix viewers in the U.S. and other countries will receive access to the entire season on September 7.
Alongside the streaming schedule, the anime’s official website has released clean versions of both the opening and ending theme songs. The opening theme titled “Your Gaze, Crepuscular” is performed by Tatsuya Kitani, while the ending theme, “Harenohini”, is sung by Ushio Reira.
A new key visual has also been revealed, adding to the growing excitement among fans.
The main cast features Yoshinori Nakayama as Rintaro and Honoka Inoue as Kaoruko. Other key voice actors include Kikunosuke Toya, Koki Uchiyama, Hiiro Ishibashi, and Aya Yamane. The series is a CloverWorks production, directed by Miyuki Kuroki, with Satoshi Yamaguchi serving as co-director.
Netflix describes the anime as a romantic school drama set in a town divided by two rival high schools—Chidori High, known for troubled students, and Kikyo Girls High, famous for elite families. The story follows Rintaro, a rough-looking yet kind boy, and Kaoruko, a refined girl, as they hide their growing bond in a society full of class-based expectations.
The anime promises a blend of romance, school rivalry, and emotional storytelling that many fans of the genre will enjoy.
