Actor Fawad Khan’s blockbuster Pakistani film The Legend of Maula Jatt is set to hit Indian theaters next month.
An Indian entertainment site has reported that the film, featuring Fawad Khan, Mahira Khan, and Hamza Ali Abbasi, will be released in Indian theaters on September 20.

Sources suggest that ZEE Studios might handle the film’s distribution in India.
However, the release faces opposition from some Pakistani extremists threatening to block its screening in India. Originally released in Pakistan in 2022, the film is a remake of the 1979 classic Maula Jatt, which starred the iconic duo Sultan Rahi and Mustafa Qureshi.
