So, it’s been about 3 years since I started working out at the gym (in 2019). I set myself challenging objectives and worked hard to achieve them.
It takes time, commitment, discipline, hard effort, and consistency…It’s one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done. It took me three and a half years to eventually adopt the “right lifestyle” in order to #Lose30Kg and feel healthy, light, and confident in my own skin/body!
Whatever happens in life, growth is always taking place. All I can do is try to be my best. If I’m continuously better than I was the day before, this to me is growth, and it should be our top priority in life, if we’re moving out of our comfort zone every day.
People refer to it as #BodyTransformation, but I refer to it as #LifeChangingExperience. It’s a baby step, and it’s not good enough because I still have a long way to go!
