Veteran actor Iffat Umar has called for a more understanding approach from established stars like Fahad Mustafa towards content creators. In a recent interview with Hina Niazi, she emphasized the importance of adapting to changing times and discouraged unnecessary criticism of digital creators.
Speaking about the ongoing tension between Fahad Mustafa and YouTuber Rajab Butt, Iffat said, “Why must it be a competition? Fahad shouldn’t criticise everyone.” She urged the popular actor to focus on his own journey rather than repeatedly calling out others for their choices.

Fahad has previously expressed his disapproval of sharing screens with TikTokers and has openly criticized the trend of content creators “selling their families” for fame. Rajab Butt responded to Fahad’s remarks, insisting that respect should be earned, not assumed, and defended the content creation industry.
Iffat, while acknowledging Fahad’s success and contribution to Pakistani entertainment, reminded him to lead with dignity and avoid frequent criticism. She praised the progress of younger artists and said today’s generation no longer faces the judgment actors of her era once did.
