Actress and producer Javeria Saud has spoken publicly for the first time about her legal conflict with veteran actress Salma Zafar, shedding light on the matter during a recent appearance on Ramadan transmission.
Javeria explained that Salma’s public accusations left her with no choice but to take legal action. She stated that she had strong evidence to support her claims, which ultimately led to legal victories, including a six-month sentence for Salma Zafar in one case and a three-month sentence in another.

According to Javeria, Salma later issued a written apology for her behavior. Though taking the matter to court was not an easy decision, Javeria said she pursued the case to send a clear message that baseless allegations should not go unchecked.
On the other hand, Salma Zafar had previously accused Javeria Saud’s production house of not paying senior actors such as Shabih Jan. She also made harsh personal claims about Javeria and her husband Saud Qasmi, which were shared widely in viral social media videos.
The case has sparked ongoing public discussion, highlighting the importance of evidence and accountability in the entertainment industry.
