Actress Nazish Jahangir has been granted significant relief as the Lahore Cantt Court has cancelled the non-bailable arrest warrants previously issued against her. The court annulled the warrants on the condition that Jahangir provide a bond worth Rs50,000.
The actress appeared before Judicial Magistrate Ghulam Shabbir Sial alongside her lawyer, Barrister Haris, during the hearing of the case, which was filed by fellow actor Aswad Haroon. Haroon has accused Jahangir of embezzlement, fraud, and issuing threats, claiming she failed to return Rs2.5 million and a vehicle.

Following Jahangir’s appearance in court, the arrest warrants were revoked, and the case has been adjourned until 28th April for further proceedings.
The case has drawn significant attention, with Aswad Haroon alleging that Jahangir took money and his car during their friendship, which began while working together on a mini-drama. Jahangir, however, has denied all accusations, labeling them as false and requesting authorities to curb the spread of negative propaganda against her.
