Maria Butt, the founder of Pakistani fashion label Maria. B, is facing serious allegations from Turkish influencer Türkan Atay, who claims she was not fully compensated for a photoshoot.
Türkan Atay, a digital content creator from Turkey, took to social media to voice her disappointment over pending payments related to a brand shoot organized in Turkey. She explained that before the shoot, she had clearly shared all relevant costs and logistical details with the brand.

According to Atay, she provided Maria B with a detailed quotation that included charges for the location, production, and other necessary expenses. After successfully completing the shoot and promoting the content on her social media platforms, she says she only received one installment of the agreed payment.
Atay stated that she had communicated her per-outfit rate beforehand, but Maria B allegedly later referred to a practice of paying based on the number of reels posted, which led to a payment dispute. Atay expressed her frustration, saying that even after three months, the matter still hasn’t been resolved.
She further criticized the brand for wasting her time and said, “They treated me unfairly. I deserve to be paid and will not collaborate with them again.”
The controversy has drawn widespread attention online, with Atay’s followers closely monitoring her stories for further updates on the ongoing conflict.
