Pakistani TikTok star Mr Patlo has reportedly been detained at Dubai International Airport while en route to Qatar for a digital influencers’ event. The incident occurred during a layover, leaving fans and fellow creators shocked.
While there has been no official statement from UAE authorities or Mr Patlo’s legal team, speculation online suggests the arrest may be linked to digitally altered videos allegedly targeting a Dubai-based female content creator and her family. The origin of these AI-generated clips remains unclear.

Mr Patlo, known for his flashy lifestyle and frequent TikTok live sessions, was invited to the Doha event by fellow influencer Rajab Butt. Rajab expressed sorrow over the incident, stating that Patlo had initially hesitated to attend due to travel concerns but eventually agreed.
The matter drew further attention when the host waiting for Mr Patlo in Doha realized he never boarded the connecting flight. Rajab later criticized the misuse of AI technology and urged creators to act responsibly.
As of now, the situation remains unresolved, with supporters hoping for Mr Patlo’s swift release in the coming days.
