A new case has been registered against YouTuber Rajab Butt at Lahore’s Nawab Town Police Station after a woman accused him of being involved in an alleged assault at a private café. Police have confirmed that an investigation is underway following the complaint.
According to police sources, the case was filed on the complaint of Ayesha Sharafat. In her First Information Report (FIR), she stated that the incident took place on July 25 when she visited a private café in Lahore with her friends.
The complainant alleged that two men and two women at the café began behaving inappropriately with one of her friends. She claimed the situation quickly turned into an argument before becoming violent.
According to the FIR, the suspects allegedly assaulted the complainant and her companions during the dispute. She alleged that they were slapped, threatened, and intimidated while weapons were also displayed at the scene.
The FIR further claimed that a man identified as Mir Shafi allegedly opened fire during the incident. The complaint described the alleged gunfire as part of the confrontation, adding to the seriousness of the case.
The complainant also accused Rajab Butt of arranging the alleged attack. Based on these allegations, police registered a case and started a formal investigation to determine the facts surrounding the incident.
Authorities have not yet confirmed the allegations made in the FIR. Police officials said the investigation is in its early stages, and evidence will be examined before any conclusions are reached.
