Lahore police have seized a Land Cruiser owned by TikTok star Rajab Butt over an allegedly fake and unauthorized number plate. The action took place near NFC Bridge during an ongoing crackdown on vehicles with illegal registration plates.
According to police officials, Sundar police intercepted the luxury SUV during an operation targeting vehicles displaying fake, unauthorized, or non-standard number plates. The vehicle was reportedly being driven by a man identified as Musa Khan.
A spokesperson for the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Operations said the driver failed to provide a satisfactory explanation for the suspicious number plate. Following the discovery, police registered a First Information Report (FIR) against the driver. Officers subsequently moved the Land Cruiser to the police station for further legal proceedings. Authorities are also examining the vehicle’s ownership and registration details as part of the case.
The incident has brought Rajab Butt into the spotlight once again. However, police have registered the case against Musa Khan, who was driving the vehicle at the time. Authorities have not announced any criminal charges against Rajab Butt personally in connection with the incident.
