Veteran actress Saba Faisal has triggered controversy with her recent comments on divorce during a TV appearance, where she blamed women for challenging traditional gender roles.
She claimed that divorces are increasing because “women have started competing with their men,” adding that men hold a superior position given by Allah, and any disruption to this “natural order” causes imbalance in marriages. “There is no competition between men and women because men are naturally superior,” she stated.
