In a lighthearted interview, Sahar explained what initially attracted her to the script. “I read about three to five episodes and thought, ‘This is delicious,’” she said with a smile. She also mentioned that veteran actress Saba Hameed had likened the drama to “chaat with 14 spices,” highlighting its many unexpected twists.
When asked about filming romantic scenes with lead actor Danish Taimoor, Sahar admitted she felt a bit nervous. “I’m usually a cheerful person, but doing romantic scenes with Danish was a little intimidating. He has a certain screen presence—but off-camera, he’s just a sweet guy,” she said, recalling moments of laughter and awkwardness during shooting.
Despite her candidness, Sahar’s remarks, along with the drama’s content, sparked strong backlash on social media. One viewer remarked, “These aren’t romantic scenes; they’re just vulgar.” Another wrote, “We don’t call it aura; it’s just lust.” Some even criticized the lead actors, saying, “Both she and her charming co-star need therapy.”
