Salman Khan and Ranbir Kapoor Attend RSS Event, Sparks Online Debate

An event marking the 100-year journey of the Hindu nationalist organization Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in Mumbai took an unexpected turn when two major Bollywood stars were seen in attendance. The appearance of Salman Khan and Ranbir Kapoor at the gathering quickly became a trending topic on social media.

According to Indian media reports, the event marking the 100-year journey of the Hindu nationalist organization Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) was part of a two-day lecture series titled “100 Years of the Sangh Journey: New Horizons.” The program was organized to reflect on the organization’s history and present its vision for the future.

Videos shared online showed Salman Khan and Ranbir Kapoor attending the event, surprising many observers. The clips spread rapidly across platforms and triggered discussions about their presence at the gathering.

Reports said that the event marking the 100-year journey of the Hindu nationalist organization Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) attracted more than 900 prominent personalities. These included scientists, business leaders, artists, and influential figures from different sectors.

Salman Khan attended the RSS Vichar Mala program on February 7, which drew significant public attention. Ranbir Kapoor was also present at the venue alongside filmmaker Subhash Ghai and Central Board of Film Certification Chairman Prasoon Joshi.

The two-day event began on February 7 and will conclude on February 8 at the Nehru Centre Auditorium in Mumbai. Senior RSS leaders and other speakers are scheduled to address social, cultural, and national topics. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat also delivered a speech outlining the organization’s priorities and long-term vision.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan is preparing for his upcoming film Battle of Galwan, directed by Apoorva Lakhia. The patriotic drama is expected to release on April 17, 2026.

Ranbir Kapoor is set to portray Lord Ram in Ramayana: Part One, directed by Nitesh Tiwari, scheduled for release on Diwali 2026. He will also appear in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film Love and War, which is expected to hit cinemas later in the same year.
