Indian authorities have arrested 24-year-old songwriter Sohail Pasha for allegedly sending multiple threats to Bollywood icon Salman Khan, demanding $592,465. Pasha, who was reportedly working on a song for Khan’s upcoming film, sent threatening messages claiming to be linked with the infamous Bishnoi gang, attempting to use the publicity to promote his work.

Police investigations revealed that Pasha had issued four such threats over the past two months, adding to a series of security concerns that Khan has faced in recent years. The actor, a long-standing target of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, has previously received similar threats demanding large sums in exchange for safety.
Authorities are continuing investigations to determine Pasha’s motives and any potential criminal ties. This latest arrest underscores ongoing challenges in ensuring the safety of high-profile celebrities in India’s entertainment industry, where threats have become a growing issue.
