KK Singh, father of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has once again dismissed the suicide theory, expressing confidence in the judiciary ahead of a crucial Bombay High Court hearing.
Speaking in Patna, Singh said, “People here know what happened. The truth will come out in court.” The court is set to hear a PIL on February 19, demanding further investigation into Rajput’s death and the questioning of Shiv Sena (UBT) MLA Aditya Thackeray.

Sushant was found dead in his Bandra apartment in June 2020, initially ruled as suicide. However, his family insists it was a planned murder, citing suspicions around his former manager Disha Salian’s death just days earlier.
The Kai Po Che actor’s case remains a subject of public debate, with his father maintaining faith in the legal system for justice.
