Internationally acclaimed Indian singer Udit Narayan is once again facing legal trouble, this time involving his first wife. Ranjana Jha has filed a formal complaint at the Women’s Police Station in Supaul district, Bihar, alleging serious misconduct.
According to reports, Ranjana claims that Udit Narayan, along with his brothers Sanjay Kumar and Lalit Narayan and his second wife Deepa Narayan, orchestrated the removal of her uterus without her consent. The procedure allegedly took place in 1996 at a Delhi hospital under the pretext of medical treatment.
Ranjana said she only discovered the surgery years later during a medical examination, which caused her significant psychological trauma. She added that the alleged incident was part of a deliberate conspiracy against her.

She later learned through media reports that Udit Narayan had married Deepa Narayan as his second wife. Ranjana stated that whenever she confronted Udit Narayan about his second marriage, she was misled.
