On Instagram, Coke Studio Pakistan Producer Zulfiqar Khan, also known as Xulfi, wrote, “A few years back, I saw a reel of @carlitosalcarazz winning an incredible rally. He was ranked around 100 then. I immediately followed him as I felt he was an incredible performer and game thinker. It’s a small full circle moment for me personally! And as a community, artists, musicians, and nations, it gives me hope to see these new connections forming between arts and sports.
“Thank you universe. Thank you, Wimbledon! I’ve grown up watching you every year in the season of jamuns (Java plums).”
