Anzala Nawaz, Yasir Nawaz’s sister, recently explained why she opted not to join the showbiz industry despite her family’s strong connections to it. Yasir and their brother Danish Nawaz have made significant contributions to Pakistan’s entertainment sector, following in the footsteps of their late father, actor Fareed Nawaz Baloch.
Anzala and their other brother, Faraz Nawaz, chose different career paths. Faraz became a dentist, while Anzala decided to steer clear of the industry for personal reasons.

During a morning show appearance with Danish, Anzala mentioned her choice to avoid showbiz was entirely her own. Danish humorously suggested that if Anzala had pursued acting, she might have outshone Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor, hinting at a potential sibling rivalry. When asked directly, Danish remained quiet, but Anzala joked that her brothers might have feared she would surpass them.
