The news of Bigg Boss OTT 2024 winner Elvish Yadav’s involvement in arranging snakes and snake venom at rave parties has shocked many. According to reports, the 26-year-old YouTuber has confessed to his role in the illegal activity during police questioning after his arrest.
Initially denying any involvement, Yadav later admitted to knowing the other accused involved in supplying snake venom. He revealed that he had met them at different rave parties and maintained contact with them.

Yadav now faces serious charges under the Wildlife Act and the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. Section 29 of the latter, dealing with drug-related conspiracies, has been invoked against him. Obtaining bail under this law can be challenging.
Additionally, Yadav is accused of using snakes in his video shoots, claiming that the snake seen in his video was arranged by Bollywood singer Fazilpuria. The police had arrested five individuals earlier in connection with this case, including snake charmers, after a raid at a banquet hall in Noida, where nine snakes and snake venom were seized.
The investigation into this case was initiated following a complaint by an NGO member, who posed as a buyer of snake venom and traced the accused through a phone number provided to him. The severity of the charges against Yadav highlights the importance of addressing illegal activities and ensuring accountability in the entertainment industry.
