ISLAMABAD: A tragic incident unfolded in the G-13 Sector of Islamabad, where 17-year-old TikTok star Sana Yousaf was shot and killed inside her home on Monday.
According to police reports, Sana — who hailed from Chitral and had a significant following on TikTok — was shot at point-blank range by an unidentified assailant. The attacker reportedly entered her house, opened fire, and escaped before authorities arrived.
Sources suggest the suspect may have been a guest at the time of the incident. “Multiple shots were fired at close range, and the assailant fled immediately after the attack,” confirmed a police official.
Her body was transferred to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) for post-mortem examination. The Sumbal police station has taken up the case and launched a thorough investigation, but no arrest has been made so far.
The case has sparked outrage on social media and raised questions over the safety of young influencers in Pakistan.
