Minister Asif has strongly rejected recent claims questioning the safety and operational standards of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), calling them baseless propaganda.
Speaking to the media, the minister emphasized that PIA maintains international safety protocols and continues to meet all regulatory standards set by aviation authorities. He highlighted ongoing upgrades, staff training, and maintenance initiatives aimed at improving passenger experience and operational efficiency.
The remarks come amid circulating reports and social media commentary questioning the airline’s reliability. Officials reaffirmed that PIA remains committed to safe, efficient, and professional airline services, addressing concerns with transparency and accountability.
