Chairman Randhawa emphasized the need to begin the beautification plan immediately, with horticulture work to be carried out city-wide. He instructed the engineering wing to support the Baku experts technically. As part of this collaboration, Baku will donate various horticulture tools and machinery to Pakistan, and their experts will establish a nursery in Islamabad. The Chairman also stressed the importance of setting specific timelines for completing the renovation of all designated locations.
