Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev is expected to visit Pakistan on April 26 or 27, marking a significant moment in strengthening bilateral economic ties, according to reports.
During the high-level visit, both nations are likely to sign multiple Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) focusing on investments in Pakistanโs infrastructure and energy sectors, including the M-6 and M-9 motorways and petroleum projects.

To lay the groundwork for these agreements, Azerbaijanโs Minister for Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov, is scheduled to arrive in Islamabad on April 8. His visit will serve to finalize the terms ahead of President Aliyevโs arrival.
The visit is being seen as a major step toward deepening economic cooperation, building on the longstanding brotherhood and shared values between the two countries.
