Bank of Punjab has announced its Summer Internship Program 2026, offering students across Pakistan an opportunity to gain practical experience in the banking and financial sector. The program aims to help young individuals develop professional skills and understand how modern banking operations work.
According to the announcement, the internship will run for up to six weeks and will provide selected candidates with exposure to a professional corporate environment. The initiative is part of the bank’s efforts to support student development and prepare future professionals for careers in finance and business.
The Bank of Punjab internship is open to students currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programs from HEC-recognized local and international institutions. Students from various academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Preferred disciplines include Banking and Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, Management Sciences, Human Resources, Marketing, Information Technology, and other related fields. Applicants with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or at least 75 percent overall marks will be preferred.
The bank has also stated that applicants should preferably be up to 25 years of age as of August 15, 2026. The program follows an equal opportunity policy and welcomes applications from female students, persons with disabilities, and transgender candidates.
During the internship, participants will gain hands-on experience in banking operations and work alongside experienced professionals. Interns will learn about financial management practices, corporate procedures, and workplace communication. The program is also expected to help students strengthen their professional profiles and improve future career prospects.

The last date to apply for the internship program is June 14, 2026. The bank has clarified that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Limited internship positions are available, and no TA/DA will be provided. Applications submitted after the deadline may not be considered.
