After nearly two decades, the iconic Basant festival returned to Pakistan, filling the skies of Lahore with vibrant colors and energy. TECNO marked the occasion with a grand celebration, inviting Gen Z and Millennials to join the festivities.

The first day of Basant saw over 1,000 content creators participating in TECNO’s large-scale event. The festival blended nostalgia and modern culture, with Millennials introducing Gen Z to traditional kite-flying techniques and Basant slang. The event became one of the city’s most prominent youth-led Basant celebrations.

Content creators also had the chance to explore TECNO’s CAMON and SPARK series smartphones. The CAMON series, TECNO’s flagship camera lineup, impressed creators with its advanced imaging features. The FlashSnap function allowed content creators to capture fast-moving moments clearly, making it ideal for kite battles, bo-kata competitions, and other high-energy activities.

“The CAMON camera lets content creators focus on storytelling while it handles speed, clarity, and motion effortlessly,” said Momina Akhtar, Brand and PR Manager at TECNO Pakistan. The SPARK series, meanwhile, offered reliable performance and stylish design for everyday use.

Adding to the excitement, the festival featured a curated food street with ten food partners, offering street food, desserts, fast food, and international cuisine. Creators explored the TECNO Experience Zone, praising AI-powered features that simplify photography and everyday functions.

Over the day, content creators captured sharp, blur-free visuals, highlighting the festival’s lively atmosphere. From energetic dhol performances to candid crowd reactions, TECNO smartphones helped creators share authentic moments online.
