A routine flight from Lahore to Skardu was abruptly forced to return to the airport on Sunday after a bird strike shortly after takeoff, prompting the airline to cancel the journey entirely for safety reasons.
Flight PA-481, operated by a private airline, encountered the bird strike just minutes after departing from Lahore Airport. Thankfully, the pilot managed a safe return, and all passengers on board remained unharmed.

The airline’s spokesperson confirmed that the aircraft was grounded for inspection, and the flight was cancelled as a precautionary measure. Authorities are now examining the aircraft for damage.
Efforts are underway to rebook affected passengers on alternate flights to minimize disruption.
