Bodies of Terror Attack Victims Repatriated from Iran to Bahawalpur

Bahawalpur received the bodies of eight Pakistani nationals on Thursday, airlifted by a Pakistan Air Force C-130 aircraft from Zahedan, Iran, following a tragic terrorist attack in Sistan-Balochistan province.

All the victims were residents of Bahawalpur district. After completion of medico-legal formalities, the mortal remains were handed over to the Consul General of Pakistan in Zahedan before their repatriation.

A solemn ceremony was held at Bahawalpur Airport, attended by civil and military officials who paid their respects and offered condolences to the grieving families.

The Pakistan Armed Forces reiterated their firm resolve against terrorism, standing by the nation in this moment of mourning.

Top military leadership, including the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee and Services Chiefs, expressed deep sorrow and extended prayers for the strength and patience of the bereaved families.
