In a private TV program, PM Kakar reiterated the importance of improving the criminal justice system, pointing out that legislative business under the Constitution is the responsibility of the parliament. He emphasized the need to enhance the system, especially its lower tiers, to expedite the rate of conviction and counter violence perpetrated by various terrorist outfits.
